This pillow is a pattern I found in one of my craft magazines. Three cute little bunnies in a teacup. They have black buttons for eyes, embroidered pink noses and white thread for whiskers. Cup O' Bunny is embroidered on the teacup and homespun fabrics are sewn around the edges with 12 different vintage buttons sewn all around. The backing matches the top and bottom trim and it measures approx. 10 1/2 by 12 1/2 inches. The top has been stained with coffee and spices for a primitive look, if you would prefer one without the stain, just let me know, I'd be more than happy to do that at no extra charge. This pillow is made from scraps of other craft projects and is completely handsewn. It is of course the colors of our good ole' USA. Both of the words "America" and "Freedom" are stitched in black. A single star is stitched over the navy blue background. The backing is also navy blue and hypoallergnic fiberfil is used for the stuffing. The measurements are approx. 8 by 17 inches. This pattern is so fun to stitch. There is a spider web in each top corner that I have painted silver with fabric paint after stitching in black. The string the spider is hanging on has been done the same. The words "Spooky webs and chilly nights, beware halloween frights" has been stitched in black also. I stitched black around the bat and then painted inside with black fabric paint. In the picture the background looks a little orange, but is actually a yellow with orange trims around the outside. There is a black button sewn on each corner with yellow embroidery thread. It measures approx. 11 by 12 inches and is stuffed with hypoallergenic fiberfil. Thanks for visiting my store! I have painted a halloween scene on a child's chalkboard. The ghost is next to a pumpkin and the word "Boo" is printed 3 times around the background. There are 2 different orange ribbons glued around the edge, a black button on each corner with orange thread. The back has a piece of black felt and the top has a wire hanger with a purple pattern wound around the wire. The measurements which includes the hanger are approx. 8 3/4 by 9 1/4 inches. I got this rabbit pattern from a craft magazine and the rest of the design was my idea. I handstitched this bunny to a gray wool background and added a white bow with a pink flower to his neck. I added buttons for a tail, an eye and a nose and stitched the words "Rabbit Crossing" on the bottom. I then sewed homespun fabric around the edges, the back of the pillow is a solid light green. I brush painted this sheep and then stitched everything in black embroidery thread. The words say "If you can't sleep don't count sheep, talk to the Shepherd". I have used four different homespun fabrics around the border with a solid red backing and stuffed with hypoallergenic fiberfil. The approx. measurements are 9 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches.
