We offer free shipping with in the US only on any item in the store! I also offer international shipping, please contact me about shipping rates if you live outside the US!

To place an order, simply click on the “Order” button next to each item. You will have the option to check out or continue shopping. If you experience any difficulties with placing your order, please contact us at, Sandy Creek Collectibles. When you are done shopping, click on the “Check Out” link. At this time I am only accepting orders within the United States!

CHECK/MONEY ORDER POLICY:
Payments made by check or money order are due within 10 business days of order confirmation. If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped 7-10 business days after check has cleared. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks!

SALES TAX:
Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax. SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow 2-3 weeks handling time on some items. We are not a large company and all products are handmade when ordered, and then shipped. All packages are shipped via USPS Parcel, USPS Priority, or UPS ground and are usually shipped out within 7-10 business days.

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 10 business days for a full refund less any shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original condition. Please make sure that you have properly packaged your product to prevent damage during shipment back to us. If the merchandise you return to us arrives damaged, NO refund will be given. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must notify us by e-mail prior to returning it.
